Adesanya is coming off of his first professional MMA loss to light heavyweight champion Jan Blachowicz. Vettori is riding a five fight win streak since his split decision loss to Adesanya in April 2018.

UFC Flyweight Championship Co-Main Event (Five Rounds): Deiveson Figueiredo (c) vs. Brandon Moreno in a rematch from their draw in Dec. 2020.
