Johnny Gargano defeated Adrian Alanis in the first Johnny Gargano Invitational match. Adrian Alanis is definitely not Adrian Adonis.

Candice LeRae wants to fight Mia Yim.

Danny Burch and Oney Lorcan have a toast.

WWE NXT Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair and Chelsea Green defeated Rhea Ripley and Io Shirai. It didn’t make sense for Ripley and Shirai to lose before their TakeOver match, but oh well.

Adam Cole tells William Regal he will defend the NXT Championship one more time against Velveteen Dream at NXT In Your House. This will be Dream’s last shot.

Finn Balor has strong words for Damian Priest.

Timothy Thatcher def. Matt Riddle in the NXT Fight Pit cage match. Recently released WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle was the special guest referee. Awesome, physical match (with blood) that saw Thatcher get the huge clean win to send Riddle packing to the main roster. What a way to go out for The King of Bros.
