SummerSlam Kickoff: Big E defeated Baron Corbin and took back his MITB briefcase WWE 2K22 confirmed for March 2022 before WrestleMania
RK Bro – Matt Riddle and Randy Orton defeated AJ Styles and Omos to win the WWE Raw Tag Team Championships
Alexa Bliss defeated Eva Marie (with Doudrop). After the match, Doudrop made fun of Eva Marie and left her in the dust.
Damian Priest defeated Sheamus to win the WWE United States Championship.
Usos defeated Dominik Mysterio and Rey Mysterio to retain the WWE Smackdown Tag Team Championships
Becky Lynch defeated Bianca Belair to win the Smackdown Women’s Championship in 25 seconds.
Becky Lynch interrupted Bianca Belair vs. Carmella after Sasha Banks was confirmed to be off the show.
No reason given. Lynch took out Carmella, challenged Belair, and then gave her a cheapshot after a handshake to win in a squash match. Pathetic.
Drew McIntyre defeated Jinder Mahal (with Veer and Shanky)
Triple Threat match: Charlotte Flair defeated Nikki A.S.H. (Nikki Cross) and Rhea Ripley to win the WWE Raw Women’s Championship. Seriously.
Edge defeated Seth Rollins via crossface submission in maybe the match of the night.
WWE Championship Match: Bobby Lashley (with MVP) vs. Goldberg ended via referee stoppage (knee injury). Lashley technically wins the match and then beats down Goldberg, along with his teenage son GAGE GOLDBERG! After the beatdown, MVP claims Lashley didn’t know it was Gage attacking him from behind. Unfortunately, it looks like this feud must continue.
WWE Money in The Bank 2022 PPV announced for Las Vegas, NV.
The New Day sprayed John Morrison and The Miz with water. This stunk.
WWE Universal Championship: Roman Reigns (with Paul Heyman) defeated John Cena. After the match, BROCK LESNAR returns to confront Roman Reigns!
